New Jersey couple sues over haunted house
This New Jersey couple is suing their landlord alleging that their landlord rented them a house that is very haunted. Michele Callan and Josue Chinchilla are suing over their $2,250. They left the home on March 11, 2012 claiming they were in “in mortal danger” if they returned. The owner of the house Dr. Richard Lopez who is an orthodontist is counter suing claiming that the house is not haunted and that his tenants are just trying to get out of their monthly rental payments and lease.
“Frankly, there is something else going on,” Lopez’s lawyer David Semanchik told the Asbury Park Press. “She is a single mom, she has this fiance living with her. I think she is in over her head and she can’t afford the rent.”
Callan and Chinchilla deny this and claim that they have proof of the paranormal activity in the form of video and EVP evidence.

I ALSO HAD A 40TH BIRTHDAY PARTY THER AND WE INVITED A MEDIUM FOR THE PARTY.THE MEDIUM WOULD NOT COME IN THE HOUSE THEY SAID THEY FELT SICK AND GAVE US OUR MONEY BACK.ONE OF THE PEOPLE AT THE PARTY STARTED TO MAKE FUN OF THE SPIRITS YOU KNOW ACTING GOOFY.THATS WHEN ALL THE DOORS IN THE KICTHEN STARTED BANGING ALL AT THE SAME TIME IN FRONT OF 20 OR MORE PEOPLE,THEY ALL RAN OUT OF THE HOUSE.THE PARTY ENDED BEFORE IT EVEV BEGAN.ONE WOMAN AND HER HUSBAND WERE GIFTED AND SAID THAT THERE WAS AN OLD CAPTIAN FROM THE CIVIL WAR TRYING TO GET IN THE KITCHEN WINDOW OR THE PORTAL ENTRANCE.THER WAS A LITTLE GIRL BURIED ALIVE DURING THE WAR AND HE WANTED HER.HER BROTHER COULD SEE HER BUT SHE COULDNT SEE HIM BACK.THEY ALSO TOLD US THERE WAS A WOMAN NAMED EDDY THER PROTECTING US.LITTLE DID THEY KNOE BECAUSE THEY WERE FROM CALIFORNIA AND NEVER KNEW ME.FRIENDS OF FRIENDS SO THEY COULDNT KNOE EDITH WHO DIED THERE.THEY SHOWED US WHERE EDITH WAS STANDING.THAT WAS THE EXACT SPOT SHE DIED…….YOU CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP..I COULD TELL YOU MORE STORIES IF YOU LIKE EMAIL ME

YES I BELIEVE! We built a new home, our dream home on top of a hill on what our realtor/land owner described as pasture land, the entire area was owned by one man and he lives at the bottom of the hill. Activity began three days after we moved in and din’t realize what was going on, never thought it was an infested house on cursed land. We were run out by demons, non-humans and others, Researchers found what was well known by the locals, this was african slave ground, treated very horribly by the slave owner. I left that house 6 years ago, it’s been sitting empty because I refuse to put anyone else in it. My husband whom was ill … worsened abruptly and was soon in a nursing home. Financially this has caused me plenty, mentally and physically too much. Now, someone knew something to prevent this from happening to us … but chose not to mention the nasty facts of the matter. I am now looking for a way out of this nightmare if anyone has any ideas please enlighten me. Thank you.
